Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms.

General terms
• You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me;
• I do not accept commissions with a deadline;
• I have the right to decline any commission without explanation.Payment & Refunds
• Full prepayment only;
• The payment will be handled with PayPal through Boosty. I wrote a Boosty guide for those who don't know about the service;
• At the moment, refunds are only available on my end (if I cannot complete your commission for whichever reason).Queue & Waiting list
• As I work with fewer people per batch of commissions, I take advantage of waiting lists. I do not charge people who are on the waiting list; I only accept payment when I'm ready to do another batch.Edit policy
Rough sketch stage:
• Complex adjustments must be discussed on a case-by-case basis;
• Any minor changes come cost-free!
Completed commission:
• Major changes are only available with an additional fee that is roughly calculated on the complexity of those changes;
• Any minor changes come cost-free;
• You may edit the commission however you'd like, as long as it's not done in a way that is harmful, bigoted, or geared towards discourse.Use
• Commissioned pieces are for personal use only;
• You are welcomed to use your commission as an icon, banner, etc., or repost it! Credit is not necessary but appreciated;
• If you're planning to use your commission in an unpaid project (ex: in a game or a book) you must let me know about it beforehand;
• You are not permitted to make the commission into an NFT or into anything crypto related;
• You are not permitted to use the commission to train AI;
• I have the right to use your commission as promotional material;
• I may include your watermarked commission in a paid artbook/pdf/compilation of sorts. If you're not ok with that, please do not commission me.Will and Won't Draw

Q: How much time does it usually take to complete a commission?
A: From 2 to 3 weeks. Might take longer due to circumstances.Q: Is there another way to pay?
A: Unfortunately, no, because I live in a burning garbage fire of a country. Come back uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh 10 years later, maybe by then I'll be living somewhere else.Q: How do I get on the waiting list?
If there's a demand that I can't handle during the commission opening, I offer some people to be put into the waiting list instead. However, if you'd like to apply for the waiting list before, during or after the commission opening, just let me know. Pricing & Form

The following applies to all commission types I offer:
• Price listed per canvas;
• Rendering and style will be similar to the provided examples, though might vary slightly;
• Simple props (and pets!) are free to add;
• You will be provided a rough sketch for feedback;
• The finished commission will be provided with two background versions: solid color & transparent, unless stated otherwise.Commission requests are handled through a Google Form. I open it only during commission openings, for now!

I handle the payment for commissions through Boosty, a service akin to Patreon.I will make a one-time purchase post that will act like a commission slot, I'll link it to you, and all you need is to purchase it using PayPal, and that's it!The only inconvenience of Boosty is that you have to register first, but luckily it doesn't take much time :]Here's a guide that Ryukiro made:
