Terms of Service
By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms.
General terms
• You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me;
• I do not accept commissions with a deadline;
• I have the right to decline any commission without explanation.Payment & Refunds
• Full prepayment only;
• The payment will be handled with card through Hipolink or Boosty. Here's a guide;
• At the moment, refunds are unavailable.Queue & Waiting list
• As I work with fewer people per batch of commissions, I take advantage of waiting lists. I do not charge people who are on the waiting list; I only accept payment when I'm ready to do another batch.Edit policy
Rough sketch stage:
• Complex adjustments must be discussed on a case-by-case basis;
• Any minor changes come cost-free!
Completed commission:
• Major changes are only available with an additional fee that is roughly calculated on the complexity of those changes;
• Any minor changes come cost-free;
• You may edit the commission however you'd like, as long as it's not done in a way that is harmful, bigoted, or geared towards discourse.Use
• Commissions are only to be used by their respective commissioner;
• Commissioned pieces are for personal use only;
• You are welcomed to use your commission as an icon, banner, etc., or repost it! Credit is not necessary but appreciated;
• If you're planning to use your commission in an unpaid project (ex: in a game or a book) you must let me know about it beforehand;
• You are not permitted to make the commission into an NFT or into anything crypto related;
• You are not permitted to use the commission to train AI;
• I have the right to use your commission as promotional material;
• I may include your watermarked commission in a paid artbook/pdf/compilation of sorts. If you're not ok with that, please let me know before payment!Will and Won't Draw

Q: How much time does it usually take to complete a commission?
A: Nowadays: a long time! Anything from 1 month to (usually) 2-3 months. I work very slowly because I'm busy... Your patience is very much appreciated!Q: Is there another way to pay?
A: Unfortunately, no, because I live in a burning garbage fire of a country. Come back uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh 10 years later, maybe by then I'll be living somewhere else.Q: How do I get on the waiting list?
If there's a demand that I can't handle during the commission opening, I offer some people to be put into the waiting list instead. However, if you'd like to apply for the waiting list before, during or after the commission opening, just let me know via email (gorisineva (at) gmail.com)! Pricing & Form
The following applies to all commission types I offer:
• Price listed per canvas;
• Rendering and style will be similar to the provided examples unless stated otherwise;
• Simple props (and pets!) are free to add.You can find more examples on my Tumblr.
Commission requests are handled through a Google Form. I open it only during commission openings, for now!

Payment guide
At the moment, I am using Hipolink and Boosty. If you want to have a look around, here is my Hipolink profile, and here is Boosty.I either will make a listing or take a pre-existing one, link it to you, and all you have to do is pay.Below are instructions on how to pay with PayPal. As far as I know, the PayPal option is no longer available, so they are outdated in that regard. However, they can still be used for paying with a card.Here's a Hipolink guide guide by giesenn:

As I addressed it in my FAQ, picking a more convenient payment method is out of my hands, sorry.
Troubleshooting
Sometimes the payment doesn't go through either Hipolink or Boosty. Using an incognito mode while paying usually fixes the issue, though in some cases the payment gets blocked by commissioner's bank. The only way of solving this is calling the bank and resolving the issue through them. I don't blame anyone who doesn't want to go through this hustle u_u Just know that this might happen.
